Our Property Management Services Include:
Home Openings and Closings - Just let us know when you are arriving or intend to leave, and we?ll be there to take care of everything needed.
Absentee Home Management - We perform weekly inspections of the property, arrange for housekeeping services, manage service providers ( Pool, Landscape, Security, Pond, Pest Control, Interior Plant Care, Window Washing, etc.), manage additional vendor coordination, act as your local security contact, and provide weekly or monthly report via email or fax.
Project Management - Our project managers can assist in any improvement or remodeling you require. We can assist with the desired improvement specification, recommend contractors/suppliers, manage the bid process, provide you with all the information in order to make your decision and then manage the project to completion.
Financial Management - We will handle all of the monthly service invoicing. Invoices for HOA, Landscaping, Pool Service, Pest Control, Insurance, Electricity, Telephone, Cable, Gas, Housekeeping, etc. Your invoices are mailed to us for processing and auditing. We provide a monthly accounting report with historical run-rate data via email or fax.
